I needed something for daily meditation, had to be comfortable (very important!) with strong lower back back support, easy to move around to different parts of my place, and inexpensive. I have tried all of the traditional meditation cushions and chairs, understand the correct posture to use, etc., but anything that is affordable is also beyond uncomfortable for most Westerners. We don't grow up sitting on these types of seats. I needed something that would not cause intrusive and unnecessary physical pain.This thing fits the bill 100%. Very comfortable, very portable, and super-affordable. The back seat adjustment works really well, and it is so comfortable I use it for reading and playing games. Lots to be happy about here!
